Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options

When placing an order with Funky Matcha, you agree that the order may be processed immediately after payment is completed.

Cancelling an Order

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@funky-matcha.com and include your order number.

  • After we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation email with our cancellation terms.

  • In order for the cancellation to be processed, you must reply to our confirmation email within 48 hours and include:

    1. Full name (as on the order)

    2. Order number

  • If we do not receive a reply within 48 hours, the order will automatically be shipped and our standard return policy will apply.

  • We cannot guarantee that cancellation is possible if the order has already been packed or handed over to the shipping provider.

  • If your order has already had a shipping label purchased but has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order amount minus the actual cost of the shipping label.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

Refunds will always be processed back to the original method of payment within a few business days.

Cancelling Pre-Orders

If your order includes a Pre-Order item (an item not yet in stock), you may cancel the order at any time before it ships, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once the pre-order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

Order Amendments
If you wish to make changes to an order (e.g., change of delivery address, product variant, or quantity), please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed, but we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Digital Products & Custom Orders
Cancellations are not possible for digital products, downloadable content, or items that are custom-made or personalized after production has started.

Refund Processing
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Governing Law
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from cancellations will be handled by the competent courts in Sweden.
