By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional terms and policies referenced or linked herein.

Orders can only be placed by private individuals over the age of 18 who reside in Sweden at the time of purchase.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products and Services.

Our products include capsules compatible with Nespresso®* machines. Funky Matcha is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nespresso® or Nestlé.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete, or not current. Content is for general information only.
We reserve the right to modify site content at any time, but have no obligation to do so. You agree to monitor changes yourself.We cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content will exactly match the delivered product due to variations in manufacturing, packaging updates, or supplier changes.
As matcha is a natural product, variations in color, taste, and appearance may occur between batches. Such variations do not affect the quality or safety of the product and are not grounds for refund

Some products or Services may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange as per our Refund Policy.
We strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions but cannot guarantee your monitor's color display.

We do not guarantee that products or Services will meet your expectations.All product weights, sizes, and measurements are approximate and may vary slightly due to production processes.
SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
Deliveries are fulfilled through our logistics partners, which may include third-party shipping platforms and carriers (such as PostNord, DHL, UPS). Your personal information (name, delivery address, phone number, email) is shared with these partners strictly for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability. We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by carriers, customs procedures, or other events outside our reasonable control.
