How to make matcha with the starter kit

1. Add 2 scoops (about 2g) of matcha to a bowl. Sift it first for the smoothest result.
2. Pour in around 70 ml of hot water, about 70-80°C. Not boiling, as that makes matcha bitter.
3. Whisk briskly in a zig-zag "M" or "W" motion for 15-20 seconds until a fine foam forms.
4. Drink it as it is, or pour it over milk and ice for a matcha latte.

Tip: soak the whisk prongs in warm water for a minute before use to soften them and protect them from breaking.
